1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using hirerank.online (operated by HireRank), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the platform.

2. Leaderboard Placement & 7-Day Freeze Guarantee

HireRank provides a competitive, transparent leaderboard where startups and tech companies can publicly claim ranked positions to showcase active hiring:

  • Duration: Each placement purchase secures the specified rank position for exactly 7 calendar days (168 consecutive hours).
  • 7-Day Freeze Lock: Once a spot is purchased, it is frozen in our checkout and database. No other party may purchase, bump, overwrite, or displace your company during your active period.
  • Expiration & Re-claiming: When 7 days expire, the spot automatically unlocks and returns to open status for any qualified company to claim.
  • Pricing: Placement fees are clearly displayed prior to checkout in USD and processed as one-time non-recurring charges via Stripe.

3. Listing Standards & No Ghost Jobs Policy

Trust is the foundation of HireRank. By publishing or claiming a profile, companies certify that:

  • All listed roles are genuine, active, funded openings currently accepting applications.
  • Listed compensation ranges, locations, and remote policies accurately reflect real hiring expectations.
  • When a position is filled, the company promptly updates or removes the role via the management dashboard.

HireRank reserves the right to review, suspend, or remove any listing determined to be a scam, fraudulent, or violating community trust standards without refund.

4. Candidate Guidelines

Candidate access to HireRank is 100% free. Candidates are not required to create accounts or pay fees. Inquiries and coffee chat requests must be respectful, genuine, and professional.

5. Disclaimer of Warranties

HireRank is a discovery and marketing platform. While we conduct verification checks, we do not guarantee employment, interviews, or candidate suitability. Employment relationships are solely between applicants and respective employers.
